The Action Nouveaux Commanditaires

Jérôme Poggi (gallery owner) and Eve Lemesle (curator) both went to Halligudi in August 2016 in order to consider the creation of a piece of art for the new nursery project.

In 2004, Jérôme Poggi founded SOCIETIES in order to implement, among other, the Action Nouveaux Commanditaires in Paris and its surroundings, supported by the Fondation de France.

As part of the Action Nouveaux Commanditaires, they try to bring together the capacities of civil society’s members who desire to interact together on the art scene in order to create a piece of art. Along with several partners, SOCIETIES think about and experiement new kinds of businesses between arts and civil societies, which overcome institutions and financial markets’ traditional frameworks.

Our nursery project has been selected to benefit from this program.
